RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 21 days from the date we dispatch your order. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:

To process a return please send an email to hello@strandline.co.uk and we will send you a return form to complete with your return details. You will need your order number and email address used when you placed the order. Once your request has been approved you will receive an email with your return instructions.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges on products. Customers wishing to swap their current product for a different product/size/colour will will need to place a new order for any alternative product and then return the item/s they have for a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment within 7 days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for funds to show back on your account.

Return Shipping:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers must use and pay for their own shipping service to return items.
